Lions Governor Ruthie Wimbley Presents 30-Year Chevron to Karl Blaser

Lions District Governor Ruthie Wimbley of Casey presents 30-year membership chevrons to Lion Karl Blaser, Treasurer of the Monticello Lions Club, at the Club’s meeting 9 December 2024. Governor Ruthie will visit the 48 clubs in her District, 1-M, during her year as Governor. District 1-M has clubs from Mahomet to Palestine to Pawnee.
